I engaged Arvian Law, specifically Yuliia Alekseeva and Maksym Chernenko, for an H-1B employer transfer. The experience was exceptionally poor. Communication was unreliable throughout the process, with long periods of silence and ignored follow-ups. When the case concluded with an unfavorable outcome..., I requested basic documentation and receipts for my records. Despite multiple attempts over several weeks, I received no response. I would not recommend this firm to anyone navigating an immigration matter. Update (July 2026): After posting this review, the firm reached out offering to "make things right." Their idea of making things right was a partial refund conditioned on removing the review. Notably, it did not include sending the receipts I had been requesting for over a month. They promised to call back the following week to discuss. They never called. Twelve days later, and only after I followed up, they resurfaced with a 50% refund offer, again in exchange for taking the review down. I still have not received the receipts I originally requested. The pattern is clear: this firm does not communicate unless there is a public review to suppress. If they offered me a refund to remove my review, ask yourself how many others took the deal. Read the positive reviews accordingly.

I would like to thank Vitaliy and his team from the bottom of my heart. We won our asylum case at the USCIS interview stage.
