Mr. Philip Layfield has been practicing law since 1999 and he is the Managing Partner at Layfield & Barrett, which is one of the largest plaintiff firms in the United States. He has been successfully dealing with multi-million dollar litigations since the beginning of his career and is one of the best trial attorneys in the country. As a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Layfield has successfully litigated cases in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country. He was just convicted in Federal Court on 21 counts and will be going to prison for 12 years. Adios, greedy scammer.

Incompetent
Layfield is incompetent. He made numerous mistakes on my case, and was barely able to do just to the simple paperwork for my case. Even his own employees (who he abuses) told me that his only goal is maximize his profits, not his clients.

Fallacious
It's been over a year since my case was settled and I still have not received anything. Every time I call I leave a voice mail with his assistant and I don't get any call backs. It is always a different person who is "taking care of the case". There has been very poor communication. My first time ev...
