Jeffrey Scott Dawson

Born 1963 in Santa Ana California, Jeffrey Dawson was raised in the historic rural City of San Juan Capistrano. He attended California State University at Chico and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with honors in 1986. Jeffrey Dawson obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in law from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1989. He passed the State Bar Exam in his first attempt and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990.

From 1990 through 1993, Jeffrey Dawson worked as an associate attorney for several insurance defense trial lawyers in the field of personal injury. During this time, he developed effective litigation and negotiation skills while representing individuals and businesses in a variety of personal injury lawsuits.

In 1994, Jeffrey Dawson went into private practice in Laguna Hills, California. The focus of his practice has been the aggressive representation of injury victims. Jeffrey Dawson’s unique and vast experience working with insurance defense lawyers and insurance claims representatives is what places him ahead of other plaintiff’s counsel. Since starting his own practice, Jeffrey Dawson has achieved several substantial recoveries for injury victims in Falls, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Dog Bites, and Premise Liability cases.

Jeffrey Dawson is an active member of the local Bar and the Orange County Trial Lawyer Association and supports the California Consumer Trial Lawyers Association in its efforts to protect the public’s rights to fair and just compensation in personal injury cases. He is also active in his community and local youth athletic programs.
