The next morning, I was called again by someone who gathered a bit more detailed information. She, too, was professional and kind. Later, on the afternoon, I received a phone call from a... head litigator. Meghan took the time to explain to me my options, counsel me with my questions (and I had many), and offer support for the future if I choose to pursue legal action against my employer. Upon reading the many raving reviews about Jacob Newhall Whitehead I thought I was in good hands. He even talks a good game about helping Veterans like myself. For around 7 months Jacob Newhall Whitehead had my case and knew nothing about it. We spoke 3-4 times and each time he reminded me that took ...the case on contingency and why should he work hard if he isn’t getting paid. The most unprofessional nearly childish comments I ever heard. I exchanged emails with his staff, and they were respectful. I would call for meetings and he couldn’t make them and had to reschedule them. Then he called me out of the blue and within 10 minutes I realized he knows nothing little to nothing about my case. Jacob Newhall Whitehead berated me, disparaged me, and was unprofessional far too often if not every time we spoke. I guess being wrongfully terminated, unemployed, and treated horribly wasn't good enough Mr. Whitehead, he would make sure to rub my nose in it. I stand by my reviews and would only say these things if I have documented proof and received such disgusting and hurtful comments from Jacob Whitehead. His staff treated me respectfully. I have given the information that AVVO requested so this review could help others. I have been forced to sue Jacob Newhall Whitehead and my case is 21VECV00880. Mr. Whitehead terminated our contract and then threatened to sue me for defamation. This is my experience with him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
