I went to law school so that I could help people. That was always my goal. What I didn’t realize until I had clients of my own was that I take my cases very personally. This is not a 9:00-5:00 job for me. This is a job that I take home with me and think about at all hours of the night.

It is not uncommon for me to stay up until 2:00 am or wake up at 4:00 am thinking about a client’s case. Thinking about what the opposition is saying and trying to come up with a way to beat it.

Like most attorneys I am skilled at finding, synthesizing, and applying the law. But I take it further. My client’s case becomes my case. I see the world as Us vs. Them and that pushes me to not settle for good enough but instead to strive for the best possible outcome for my client.
