Not only did I lose everything financially--but Ms. Nigro robbed me of my self esteem, my emotional well-being and my dignity. Although I provided evidence my ex had perjured himself in court, Liz refused to use it. She, my ex, and my ex's attorney all ended up with a larger settlement than I. Anythi...ng I was awarded, I was unable to collect since I'd have to hire another attorney to do that and I'd lost everything. Worst experience of my life. Years later, I've yet to recover. It does not give me any pleasure to say this but please run, don't walk, away from Ms. Liz Nigro.

Elizabeth Nigro took on a very complicated and difficult case for me, which was caused in large part by the negligence of my original attorney. When my child was abducted by her mother out of Indonesia almost 2 years ago, I was at a loss of what to do. I had searched 2 countries and reached out the the US embassy's. The US State Department and the Office of Missing and Exploited Children got involved and helped track my child's passport. Onc...e my child was tracked to California, the State department recommended Mrs. Nigro to help navigate the confusing road of international child custody. Mrs. Nigro stood by my side for almost 2 years while we worked non-stop getting my child returned. She was able to get a warrant and have the Orange county child abduction unit search and find my child in Northern California. Once found, I was accused of domestic violence, they also claimed Indonesia breaks human rights and that our custody agreement registered there was not valid. Mrs. Nigro defended me in all trials and won them all, she also got my attorney fees rewarded. As you would think , the costs to go though something like this is life-changing. It also did not help that the mother used over 8 different lawyers though all of the trials. Towards the end, she worked with me even though the costs were more than I could handle. I believe she did this because she truly believed in me and my daughter. My child was gone for a year and a half and was returned in the beginning of this summer. It has been a magical time being with my child after her being gone so long. I truly believe I would not have my daughter in my life if it was not for the hard work Mrs. Nigro did on my case. Nothing is more valuable than your children, I think she understands that being a mother herself.
