I was a little "gun shy" when looking for an attorney from the previous experience that I had (a personal injury attorney). However, I found Bert to be ver...y attentive, smart, ethical and so much more. 1- The price was right down the middle. I could have gone with the cheap attorney but I have learned, that is not smart, especially with my very unique case. 2- Because my case was so unique I ended having to pay a bit more, but he did warn me in the beginning this might come up, so it was not a big surprise. He charged me for the TRUE time that he worked, he doesn't bill in increments. 3- He is honest. It is hard to find a honest caring attorney. 4- He and Kelly went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of for me. 5- Because my case was so unique he called in some extra help. If I was to get that extra help myself it would have cost me 2 or 3 times the amount. 6- He made me feel like a human being instead of making feel embarrassed about my situation 7- I can't say enough about Bert and Kelly. They worked so hard on my case and never once got frustrated with any of my questions, changes, or updates that needed to be made, even after my case was filed.
