Athar A. Khan

We met Athar in Jan 2018 with a looming court date in March. My fiance’ was the Petitioner requesting more time with his son. We met with Athar last minute not knowing if having representation would be helpful or not. Within 15 minutes of talking with him we were both very impressed with his knowledg...e and compassion when expressing his views on broken families and going through the family court system. Athar presented everything very professionally and intelligently throughout trial asked the perfect questions to both parties and I believe because we had Athar as our representation my fiance’ was awarded what he was seeking, 50/50 custody.
