Didn't come thru

Replied last December 03, 2021The Client claims her case was dismissed because there was an error in her income that I didn't catch. This is untrue. The Client provided me with false information regarding her and her husband's income. She knew that she did not qualify to be a debtor in a chapter 7 bankruptcy case and thought no one would catch her deceit. The United States Trustee's Office reviewed her income tax returns and payroll statements and filed a motion to dismiss her bankruptcy case. I prepared her bankruptcy petition and schedules based upon written information she provided. I personally reviewed the information with her when she signed the schedules under penalty of perjury. There were no mistakes, she simply got caught trying to game the system.
