Valerie Pasion is an attorney specializing in Estate Planning. She currently lives in Orange County with her husband (and high school sweetheart) and their four children.
Attorney Pasion always knew she wanted to enter the legal profession for the purpose of helping people. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Law and Society in 2005. Then in 2009, she received her Juris Doctor Degree from the UCLA School of Law with an additional specialty in Critical Race Studies. During law school, she provided pro-bono legal services as a law clerk for multiple non-profit organizations, advocating for various underserved communities in various areas of law.
Fresh out of law school, Attorney Pasion worked for a mid-sized law firm in Irvine. After a few years, she realized she wanted to do something more impactful for those she saw in need. She joined a faith-based non-profit and worked for their Family and Legal Ministry. There she was able to provide free legal counseling and estate planning services for members in the surrounding low-income community. In 2019, she became a part of The Asset Protection and Elder Law Center team. Here her values align with the firm’s client focused model and she is able to use her passion for helping others by compassionately aiding individuals and families with their Estate Planning needs.
