Mr. Whiteside helped me when the owner of the home I was renting tried to evict me on false pretenses. He worked diligently to find that the eviction was unlawful and that the owner just wanted me out so that they could sell the property. He worked with the property management company that was forced... to act on behalf of the actual owner to come to a peaceful resolution. After two letters to the owner and property management company pointing out the grounds for which they were trying to evict me were illegal and we would pursue further legal action, the situation was resolved and I am currently still residing in the home until the end of my lease.
