I hired Tina Locklear and Melissa Fulgencio in Oct 2013 for a breach of contract litigation case. She suggested I file a cross complaint despite not having any evidence to warrant the lawsuit. She told me my problem would be over in a month, and after conducting a series of discovery rounds, while ch...arging me over 25k, when the trial date became near, she suggested that I file for bankruptcy. This lawyer is a common ambulance chaser, and needs to be disbarred from the legal community. Many mistakes were made, and there was no effort to solve my problems assuming 99% of all cases end up in settlement.
