Biography
Manbir S. Chowdhary is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, and a former legislative aide to the Lt. Governor of California. He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Chowdhary has successfully litigated against some of the nation’s largest employers in both state and federal court. He represents employees and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower claims, misclassification, and unpaid wages claims.
Mr. Chowdhary’s experience also includes the prosecution and defense of contractual disputes, business torts, and the enforcement of partner/shareholder rights. His firm’s business litigation clients include real estate developers, national sportswear manufacturers, Fortune 500 executives, medical organizations, restaurants, and 501(c)(3) corporations.
