Biography
My practice is exclusively dedicated to Family Law litigation and mediation. I focus on dissolution, child custody, child and spousal support, property division both assets and debts, business valuation, cash flow analysis for purposes of support, paternity, domestic violence and post-judgment matters of all types.
My practice is also comprised of mediating family law disputes where parties are interested in an alternative to the traditional litigation model. This is typically successful when both parties are in agreement with most issues, and simply need the guidance of a specialist in family law to assist with "fine-tuning" and drafting documents.
My firm takes a Client-Focused, Results-Oriented approach that tailor makes a case to suit your needs, not the needs of any attorney involved.
