Amy Renee Patton

I represent management in employment litigation and administrative proceedings of all types. My background is in business litigation and employment law.

A substantial part of my current practice involves helping clients avoid litigation by providing day-to-day advice on navigating human resources issues, such as leaves of absence, hiring and firing, employee discipline and termination, personnel policies and procedures. I counsel executives and human resources managers regarding all aspects of employment related legal compliance, wage and hour laws, workplace investigations, corporate restructuring, layoffs, benefits and protection of trade secrets.

I have extensive experience representing and advising clients with regard to potential liabilities, business losses, construction defects and repairs, premises liability, interference with contract and prospective business advantage and unfair competition.

I am licensed to practice law in California, Texas and Arizona.
