First, I want to say my wife and I were very happy with the outcome of our case and we recommend Whit Bertch very highly. We were involved in a rear end collision on our way to visit family out of state for the Christmas holidays in December 2019. We had our family dog in the back seat and the trunk... packed with gifts and luggage when we were hit at a speed exceeding 100 mph. It was late at night and we were in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, I was able to call a friend who lived within an hour of our location and she put us up for the night, helped us with a rental car to get back home and gave us the name of an attorney to call once we had been to see our doctors. After consulting with her lawyer, Ben Trachtman, it was determined that we needed a dynamite personal injury attorney and he referred us to Bentley and More. Our in person consultation was with Keith More and another attorney, but during the process, we were reassigned to Whit Berth. At first we were concerned as we were now in the midst of the pandemic and we had not met Whit personally.
