Look no further, if you need to collect money or a judgement from someone, Timothy Krantz is your man. If you are like me, you wonder is this review real? It is, and to lend credibility to my high praise and recommendation of Tim, I give you the reader’s digest version of my collection story below.... I, unfortunately, made the mistake of lending a large sum of money (stupid) to a “friend” in the form of an unsecured (very stupid) promissory note. I saved my “friend’s” business when they were on the brink of bankruptcy and my “friend” was all love and kisses until years later when the loan needed to repaid! I quickly turned into the bad guy and my “friend” decided not to pay me back the full amount! Pennies on the dollar was offered while my “friend” claimed poverty but lived it up with a new car and vacations to Hawaii and Vegas. Left with no way out I had to turn to a lawyer to collect, but which lawyer? I could not find a decent collections lawyer at a fair price and a good track record until a lawyer friend of mine recommended Timothy Krantz. Tim, is very experienced collecting money and enforcing judgments and had the lowest commission fee of all the lawyers I considered. Tim is a no non-sense, get it done kind of guy, which is exactly what you need in collecting money. Tim is very direct and to the point but don’t let that hurt your feelings, you want your money back and he will get it for you! Tim took care of everything very, very quickly. Once my “friend” was contacted and served by Timothy everything changed and suddenly my “friend” decided to return my calls. Tim offered, unsolicited by me, to take a reduced fee in order to quickly resolve my case! Absolutely unheard of! Thank you so much Tim. You got back my retirement money that I have invested and live on today.
