Biography
I have been a criminal defense attorney since 1996 fighting for those who have been wrongly accused, over charged, and need a criminal defense attorney who will give them the individual attention we all deserve. I demystifying the criminal court and administrative dmv systems for my clients by providing information after thorough investigation, motions to fight for their rights and hearings. For the first 8 years of practicing criminal defense, I handled everything from the simplist disturbing the peace case to the more gruesome gang shootings, three-strike cases and murders. After working in the Public Defender's Office for 8 years, I went to a law firm practicing exclusively DUI defense. This specilized training for DUI cases in the court and driver's license setting of the DMV is paramont for any DUI representation. Now, I run my own firm, providing criminal defense to those charged with offenses relating to alcohol, drugs, thefts and assaults. When my clients retain me to represent them, I am the only attorney who guides them through the system and works relentlessly with my expertise and negotiation skills to bring you the best possible outcome.
