Paul H. Deese

A native of Southern California, Paul graduated cum laude from Chapman University where he pitched for Chapman’s World Series baseball team. Paul then attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was extremely active in Mock Trial and ADR competitions, winning numerous top advocate awards. He gained valuable courtroom experience while externing with the United States Attorney’s Office and the Orange County and Riverside County District Attorney’s offices.

After receiving his law degree, Paul moved to Chicago, IL and gained significant trial experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, from inception of the case through post-trial motions and appeals. While practicing commercial litigation in Chicago, Paul represented clients in multimillion dollar disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as with the United States Court of Appeals.

Moving back to Orange County, CA in 2018, Paul quickly rose through the ranks to become the Managing Partner and chair of the litigation department at midsized law firm where he oversaw hundreds of litigation cases, taking numerous cases to trial or arbitration. 

In 2023, Mr. Deese and his business partner formed a new law firm to better serve his clients and ensure a top tier experience.

Mr. Deese has experience in all aspects of commercial and business litigation, and he has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. Mr. Deese is also a certified mediator and has successfully mediated dozens of disputes.
