My daughter is a 12 years old severely disabled child with a feeding tube. While visiting my family home out in Chino hills one morning, we had stopped by at the closest Walmart to pick up some groceries. Since my daughter has a feeding tube, I decided to drop my daughter nurse and her at a nearby re...staurant within the same plaza where Walmart is located so she can start her tube feeding. I told them that they can meet me at Walmart once they are done. I parked in the disabled space as my daughter is in a wheelchair. Once I came out I was immediately harassed by 2 officers regarding my parking. I told them immediately that I have a child whom if they allowed me to call her nurse they can see she is disabled. They disregarded me and took my phone. They proceeded to harass me further, took my daughter placard and issued me a misdemeanor placard ticket. I have never received anything in my life and was extremely distraught. I started my search to find a attorney. After calling 10 attorneys, I started losing faith as many of them promised me the dream but with a big $$$ tag along with it. I never thought in a million years that this would even happen to me.
