John Keith Skousen

I practice as a labor-employment attorney, representing employers, handling litigation in government agencies as well as in state and federal court.  I handle a broad variety of employment-related claims, including claims for unpaid wages, overtime, meal or rest period premiums, class or representative action relief; and related penalties.  I have a sophisticated transactional practice which includes drafting employment agreements, compensation plans, and related support.  I conduct preventative counseling and training in addition to my litigation practice.  I write extensively on wage and hours issues under state and federal law.  I have taught employment law as an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands.
