The very first time I spoke to Eric about my case was the very first time I felt optimistic about our wrongful death case and that my family and I were in good hands. Not only is Eric a remarkable attorney but he has a conscience and will fight for what is right. I can go on and on about how much a g...reat attorney he is and his compassionate moral character, but there is simply not enough time in the day.

There are reasons that high profile attorneys get to where they are. Eric Dubin returned my email in less than 24 hours. After a short (free consultation), he was immediately honest in saying it wasn't his area of expertise. But he supported me, and even sent words of encouragement, such as "hang ...in there." By contrast one other supposedly preeminent black mold attorneys who was referred by another attorney (who even made a call on my behalf to get the specific name of the attorney to call, never returned a phone call, nor an email, nor did I ever get an email after filling out one of those utterly annoying "chat now" messages. I've followed Eric's career, and he doesn't talk the talk. He's brilliant, he cares about people, and he is responsive. I hope that I never need an attorney in the areas where he truly excels, but I would go back to him in a moment, and I'd refer him to anyone injured, or unjustly treated.

Eric, Reviewed my findings regarding a touchy Trustee Foreclosure Sale that should not have happened. My company with the information supplied should have been able to delay a Trustee Foreclosure Sale. That was not the case and now we are moving forward to pursue the bank for a full reconveyance,... because of anomalies we proved to the Trustee prior to the sale. Eric offered to Pro Bono our cause for some free advise and was very enlightening with his input. Very refreshing to see that helping comes first for some attorneys.
