I CAME TO CHRIS IN A CRISIS, MY HOME WAS ABOUT TO BE SNATCHED FROM FROM ME BY PREDATORY LENDER AND HE QUICKLY AND PERSONALLY STEPPED IN AND STOPPED MY TRUSTEE SALE. I WAS NEVER GAURENTEED ANYTHING EXCEPT HIS BEST EFFORTS AND HE DID DELIVER. MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHRIS IS NOTHING LIKE I WHAT IS REPORTED ...BY THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I UNDERSTAND THAT CHRIS HAS DONE HUNDREDS OF LOAN MODIFICATIONS AND LITIGATED MANY CASES SO IF THERE ARE ONLY A DOZEN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS SEEMS LIKE A GOOD RATIO. I WOULD GO BACK TO CHRIS WITH ANY LEGAL PROBLEM.

I am NOT in danger of losing my home anymore thanks to my lender. I did go throught the Diener Law Firm and nothing was done. My lender modified it for me. So I filed for my refund on 3/12/2009. It is currently May! Contract states refunds are made 10 days after form submitted. Severl phone nu...mbers ahve been changed and I ahve left messages and never been called back. So if Chris helped you twice and did what he said he was going to do maybe you can call him and ask him to refund MY MONEY!!! ASince he has not bothered to return a call or my money, that makes him shady in my book. And not trustworthy!

I had been procrasting to take care of my mortgage for 5 months. I was sent the NOD and still I did nothing. I finally got off the sofa when I found out my house was going to be auctioned in 10 days. I panicked! I did little research and really trusted no one. I luckily found Chris who explained firs...t what I was facing. There was one chance to save my home and he did. Within 45 days he had my loan modified and had saved several hundred for me each month. I can never thank him enough!!!

This man has created a company called Diener Law Group who claims to be able to do loan modifications and save your home with a money back garuntee. They ripped me off for $2200, caused me to believe they would help me and I didnt need to take further action to save my home (which I have lost), chang...ed their number 5 or 6 times, does not answer the phone now, and moved their office. These people are predators! The worst kind taking advantage of people is terrible situations. THis man deserves to be disbarred. I have found countless reviews of people claiming the same things I am. Its heart breaking and I realize now I probably will never get my money back SO. i have filed a complaint with the FTC, the BBB, the state attorneys office, and the California Bar Association! I encourage others to do the same. These people have to be stops they are the worst of the worst and Christopher Diener is behind it all! He should be locked up along with his whole office!
