No Loan mod done and NO REFUND!
I am NOT in danger of losing my home anymore thanks to my lender. I did go throught the Diener Law Firm and nothing was done. My lender modified it for me. So I filed for my refund on 3/12/2009. It is currently May! Contract states refunds are made 10 days after form submitted. Severl phone nu...
