I received a ticket going 101 mph down the 5 fwy (Shafter, Kern county). I contacted many lawyers and all of them said I have a 90% chance of winning my case and I was referred to Paul Denni by my father (who was also helped by Paul). Paul was the only lawyer who was not trying to get my business wit...h percentages. He was honest in explaining good and bad possibilities, and made sure not to mislead me. I knew that I could trust him after speaking with him. Paul Denni took care of everything. He personally went to court for me (I know other lawyers hire cheap lawyers in the area to represent you) and got my ticket amended to 89 mph which enables me to go to traffic school and get the ticket completely off my record. TIP: As with any lawyer I suggest to call them a few days before your court date just to keep the case fresh in their mind. Without hiring Paul I would have had to (1) drive a 6 hour round trip to make my court date. I could have possibly (2) lost my license for 30 days and could have possibly (3) paid $2,500 - $3,000 in my ticket/court fees, (4) my insurance would have dramatically increased with 2 points on my record, (5) the ticket would have stayed on my record for 8 years. Because I hired Paul he took care of everything and in the end it only cost me a total of $1,800 (includes lawyer fees, ticket, court fees, and traffic school) and I still have my clean record intact. He basically saved me time, money, and future headaches. I would highly recommend Paul Denni to anybody and if you are still unsure just give him a call and see for yourself. I’ll like to share my experience with Mr. Paul J. Denni. A family member was arrested and detained in jail with an assigned Public Defender. This was a result of a warrant for arrest due to not appearing in court as scheduled. After many days went by and without knowing the outcome I found that a jur...y trial was scheduled soon.
