Mark Daniel Perryman

Mr. Perryman is an excellent attorney in my book! I am the sole beneficiary in my recently deceased mom and stepdad‘s trust. However, a disgruntled, undeserving relative, decided to contest it when he found out he was disinherited. This relative and his wife hired a “super lawyer,” (as he was referre...d to on the Internet) and they were very smug and sure that they were going to win. Mr. Perryman was excellent in comprising short and to the point letters to the opposing counsel, using detailed information I gave him, to explain why my parents disinherited this relative. Mr Perryman really had the proficiency in knowing just how much information to present my case. I wanted to go all in, with all my cards on the table, to shock and awe and slam them with everything I had, but Mr. Perryman convinced me that the law was on my side and presented exactly what we needed in order to have the case dismissed. It took five months to wrap up, but in the end, Mr. Perrymans expertise got the case dismissed. All I can say is, if you need an attorney that knows what he is doing and who is very knowledgeable and professional, Mark Perryman is the attorney for you.

I can absolutely recommend Mark Perryman, Attorney. I am out of state and was involved in a probate lawsuit in Riverside county. On the initial phone conversation with Mr. Perryman was lengthy and extremely informative. I choose him to represent me in this suite and was completely impressed by... his professionalism and knowledge of the area of probate law. He was able to comb through all the documents that I provide to prepare a response to the suite. He had assemble an answer to the respondents attorney where instead of going to court they accepted an out-of-court settlement as they knew we would had been victorious if the formal trial was completed and they would have lost their lawsuit. He was able to negotiate with the mediator and the other attorney to provide a positive and acceptable outcome to my case. Mr. Perryman and his office was always in contact with me on what was transpiring on the case. I will be using his services again as I now need to close out probate here in California. My father passed and his wife and I were the executor/trustee's. Unfortunately his wishes were not what my siblings were expecting and 2 out 3 siblings sued us. Prior law firm spent $5,000/month plus which added up to over 90,000 in one year with very little movement just monthly bills. Mark took the case to victory and for just under 40,000, which included 2 depositions, mediation, and court mediation in the same amount of time. I was willing to go to trial to defend my fathers wishes but it didn't have to come to that. So do the math, Mark is fair and reasonable when it comes to cost, while the other firm was milking the case. The time and cost could have virtually been cut in half had I solely been with Mark. I'm grateful for the other law firm because it lead me to Mark! I will always have him as a resource I can trust and refer! Mark did offer to go after attorney fee's of which I am very confident we would have won but I preferred to show mercy to my siblings, just as my Father in heaven shows mercy to me. This was my siblings law suit, I was blessed to have found just the right lawyer that is honest, fair, hardworking, knowledgeable, reliable, competent, and more then you could ask or want from a lawyer! A Superhero, that's what my young son calls Mark. He fights for people whom are unable to fight for themselves. I was in a civil AND probate case. We were against 3 people, 4 lawyers and in two different courts. This case was extremely difficult, because the defendants fought every single thing.
