Mark Daniel Perryman

Mr. Perryman is an excellent attorney in my book! I am the sole beneficiary in my recently deceased mom and stepdad‘s trust. However, a disgruntled, undeserving relative, decided to contest it when he found out he was disinherited. This relative and his wife hired a “super lawyer,” (as he was referre...d to on the Internet) and they were very smug and sure that they were going to win. Mr. Perryman was excellent in comprising short and to the point letters to the opposing counsel, using detailed information I gave him, to explain why my parents disinherited this relative. Mr Perryman really had the proficiency in knowing just how much information to present my case. I wanted to go all in, with all my cards on the table, to shock and awe and slam them with everything I had, but Mr. Perryman convinced me that the law was on my side and presented exactly what we needed in order to have the case dismissed. It took five months to wrap up, but in the end, Mr. Perrymans expertise got the case dismissed. All I can say is, if you need an attorney that knows what he is doing and who is very knowledgeable and professional, Mark Perryman is the attorney for you.

Mark did an excellent job representing myself as Trustee of my brother's estate. Upon my brother's untimely passing, I found myself named as Trustee. Unfortunately there were beneficiary changes made by his spouse just prior to his death while he was gravely ill. These beneficiary changes removed ...most of the assets from the Trust. As Trustee I needed to pursue getting these assets back into the Trust as my brother had originally intended. Mark was very helpful in explaining the law each step of the journey toward settlement. My father passed and his wife and I were the executor/trustee's. Unfortunately his wishes were not what my siblings were expecting and 2 out 3 siblings sued us. I found representation and was forthright with all that was asked of me. I did not press anything but as time passed I began to have ques...tions. Mark being a partner was asked to assist in answering my questions. I immediately felt a connection and trustful rapport with him. Prior law firm spent $5,000/month plus which added up to over 90,000 in one year with very little movement just monthly bills. Mark took the case to victory and for just under 40,000, which included 2 depositions, mediation, and court mediation in the same amount of time. I was willing to go to trial to defend my fathers wishes but it didn't have to come to that. So do the math, Mark is fair and reasonable when it comes to cost, while the other firm was milking the case. The time and cost could have virtually been cut in half had I solely been with Mark. I'm grateful for the other law firm because it lead me to Mark! I will always have him as a resource I can trust and refer! Mark did offer to go after attorney fee's of which I am very confident we would have won but I preferred to show mercy to my siblings, just as my Father in heaven shows mercy to me. This was my siblings law suit, I was blessed to have found just the right lawyer that is honest, fair, hardworking, knowledgeable, reliable, competent, and more then you could ask or want from a lawyer! Two years ago my father passed away and my brother and I along with my father's wife of 18 months were assigned as trustees to administer my father's trust and wishes. After 7 months of following my father's wishes the '"wife" decided to sue my brother and I and the Trust to pay some debts she owed.... It was over a joint tenancy checking account she was added to for convenience to help pay bills. She accused my brother and I of elder abuse and conversion.
