Simply, I love my job.
I am a - Smart, aggressive trial lawyer with a strong background in various federal practices to include veterans law and associated cases that touch veterans, dependents and survivors. My background is strong in criminal law, personal bankruptcy, disability and trial work.
I am licensed in New York, the Federal Circuit and am accredited by the United States Veteran's Administration, Office of General Counsel.
I practice heavily in FEDERAL LAW.
I have served the public for the majority of my life beginning with service in the United States Navy which included combat service during the Persian Gulf War in 1990-1991. I traveled after the service and became active in the insurance industry in Texas deciding later to return to college and pursue an advanced degree. I became engrossed in clinical research and trials, specifically microbiology and virology; I saw the need researchers had for grant writing and protective patents and decided to study intellectual property and enhance my skills with a law degree.
In law school, I got bit by the "trial bug". Hand-selected and trained on an individual level by national advocacy champions, I represented South Texas College of Law as a varsity advocate domestically and internationally, in Australia.
I love practicing law. I love trial work. Simply, I love what I do. I wake up each day thinking how blessed I am to be a lawyer.
My profession affords me the ability to pick a jury, build a case and do what I do best - zealously advocating for my client and ensuring a fair trial is had by all in accordance with the United States Constitution.
In my spare time, I give pro bono services to fellow veterans and spend time with my family and friends.

I have never met an attorney so genuine.
Dot did exactly what she told me she would do. She was very open and honest that I was not in the best situation. She laid out all of the options, both good and bad. She explained how each option might turn out. It happened just like she thought it would. I am happy to have found her because I can un...
