They would not call or write and e-mail to update on case, i had to call multiple times, it seemed like they where always rushing over the phone they would promise to call back next day and it would be 3 or 4 days later that they would call, if i was lucky. They got a settlement for me but as of now ...hospital still trying to collect money from me saying i need to pay, attorney said they paid the bills almost a month ago, i think they should of followed up on all payments they made, instead i am having to deal with all this people asking where their money is. i would not recommend this firm (jack) if you are looking for timely updates, and fast responses, as well as no bill collectors.
