Lamarre Elder is a brilliant attorney. I found him online & gave him a call explained my situation which is a very unique one & one that was also an uphill battle, he spent 45 minutes explaining possible scenario’s & had extensive knowledge of the judges, hearing officers etc we would be infront of.... I’m a black male who’s been trying to be a part of my daughters life since her mom and I split up 4 years ago. I’ve taken her to court before but she kept finding ways to slip through the cracks. She would move from state to state with my child and wouldn’t let me know where she was, never respond to... text messages or phone calls, and if she did the conversation was dictated.
