Elder took my money… and that’s basically it. I did all the work myself- filed my own restraining order, contacted the army JAG and gave my lawyer all the info he asked- nothing happened- I struggled on my own with no help no child support. My ex husband was having an affair, I left the home to make ...an official separation per Elder and followed everything he advised, for two years I had to run from this man, and move twice. Finally when my ex decided to sign the divorce papers after two years and it was on his terms! I received no spousal support, no alimony, no back child support, I lost all my belongings from my home which his mistress moved into. He had cars in my name and a house which he still hasn’t sold per court order. I can’t buy anything!! During his visitation he refused me contact with my child because his mistress didn’t want me calling , and his mistress became his wife and they began spreading lies about me to whoever would listen. Even in my new marriage, they contacted my husbands ex and made lies saying I was being abused which spread through my small town. When I got my daughter back he claimed he didn’t want that to happen only the parents should make decisions- here again a new year my daughter was taken and is not allowed to speak with me and she called me several times asking me to come her and each time she was in a different state and his wife keeps ending her call to me and not allowing me to speak with her. Now I don’t know where my daughter is!!!! I have to file a missing person report and file a new court case in Louisiana and pay more money when I live somewhere else to fix what My lawyer didn’t do. Worst lawyer ever!!! Do not use him!! I just want my daughter back :(
