Dustin J. Krogh

I spoke with Dustin early last year and hired him early this year. As I was talking to several lawyers and deciding which one to hire, I kept going back to our initial conversation/consultation. I recalled Dustin having a cool, calm and collective tone over the phone. I remember the way I felt aft...er and that was “good”. Dustin made no guarantees but I felt confident. I looked over my notes and hired Dustin to represent me. We finally met face to face and from that moment on, until now(I still consult with Dustin) he has been consistant, always answering my questions and/or concerns. And although he sometimes told me certain things that I did not want to hear, it was things I needed to hear through a tough process. So I gained a lot of respect for the gameplan that Dustin had from the beginning. And to his credit he stuck to it until the end. I can’t thank Dustin enough for his dedication, persistence and although it was his job, I know he went above and beyond through the entire process to help me and achieve my goals. In the end, I am happy with his work and the results from the entire process and I owe a lot of that to Dustin for standing next to me every step of the way.

I am in the middle of a contested divorce and false accusations were made against me to get a temporary restraining order in order gain an advantage in a divorce and custody battle. If a restraining order had been granted I would have lost my job as a Federal Agent and I would of lost my USMC reserve... retirement at 19 years of service. The other party tried to offer a deal for a 2 year temporary with an exemption to carry a weapon only at work. Dustin explained the pros and cons of accepting such a deal plus the risks of going to trial. I decided that I was not willing to compromise my integrity and honor by accepting a deal built on lies. I decided to put my faith in Dustin, and go to trial. During a week long trial against a very capable and aggressive downtown San Diego lawyer, Dustin calmly articulated our case before the judge and countered emotional arguments with facts, evidence, and the law. When opposing counsel made wild claims, he used undeniable evidence we had collected to prove the other party was lying. His closing arguments were so well spoken and so detailed that he refuted every argument opposing counsel had made. He did this point by point, in the most detailed and articulate manner. He was so smooth I almost felt as if it was a court scene from a movie based on a John Grisham novel. I owe Dustin forever for saving my career, my reputation, and really my life. He is brutally honest, highly capable, and yet he will not resort to low brow tactics. He will fight for you like lion, but he will always do so in the most honorable manner. I can’t say enough about Dustin Krogh and his firm, Camarata and Fuller.

Dustin is by far the best attorney I’ve dealt with. I’m a single father with a coparent that wanted to and tried everything you could think of to request full custody. I was in court at least once to twice a year for about 8 years because even with 50/50 joint and physical custody, my court order see...med to be worth absolutely nothing. Once I finally realized that in California a father needed representation in order to even be heard, I hired a different attorney and felt like they didn’t care. Once I spoke to Dustin, I automatically knew that this time around things would be different because he didn’t automatically paint a pretty picture for me. He heard me out and was straight forward and realistic about the possibilities of all outcomes but never tried talking me out of what I wanted and did everything he could to get me what I was asking for. I have hired Dustin twice and both times came on top. The first time my child was being withheld from me for over 6 months even though I had 50/50 joint and physical custody and also giving $1,000 a month for child support because she was claiming that I abandoned him when my child was actually being withheld and somehow she was getting away with it. Dustin got me my child back, proved she was lying and I had not abandoned him and got me retroactive child support for those 6 months. This last time she attempted to go for full custody again and claimed false accusations and once again Dustin did an amazing job in proving them false. I know for a fact that if I hadn’t found Dustin, I would not have my child even with a court order because I was about ready to give up. If you need help in your situation, Dustin is definitely your man. He’s honest, non judgmental, communicative, very hard working and most importantly he cares.

Dustin is an amazing to say the least! After several lawyers who let me down, did not fight for my and my Childs best interests due to their big mistakes and not making every client a priority I came across Dustin and he is a huge blessing! He is my earth angel. He fought hard for me and my daughter,... he is strong , empathetic and wont put up with your ex's BS lies and manipulation, nor their attorneys lies if they are to hire one of those( yes they are out there so be careful).. He will protect your children, your dignity and your assets if needed. Dustin is very honest yet he has an amazing way in the courtroom where he tastefully with fight for you like a lion would his baby. Its such a blessing having someone on your side you can trust and who will do anything for his clients best interests and their children.
