She was on my side.

I fell at work and needed back surgery. The insurance company refused to pay for it or pay me when I couldn't work. A friend gave me Mrs. Bailey's phone number. She got the judge to order the insurance company to pay for my surgery and give me money they owed me. I was so glad she was on... my side. Thank you.

Great for me.

Mrs. Baillie was a good choice for me. I spoke to a couple of other lawyers who turned down my work injury case. She took it and fought hard against the insurance company. She didn't cave in. I got a good settlement. Other lawyers said my case was a loser. But she made it a winner for me.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNY

I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Charlene Baillie as your attorny. I am/was a client of hers & it is impossible to get ahold of her. She does not communicate with her clients as to what's going on at all. I have called, text, & emailed her many times never getting a response, my particular case... is a time sensitive matter so not being able to contact her was a huge issue for me. I eventually contacted the office that she works out of and asked if there was another attorney available to help me, The office receptionist seemed to already be very aware of my situation with her & was extremely rude hung up on me twice & refused to let me speak with another attorny within that office. Charlene had clearly let this receptionist know information about me and my case which is supposed to be kept confidential. After arguing with the receptionist I clearly let her know that she needed to inform Charlene that if I had not heard from her by Monday I was going to use another attorney & would be filing a complaint with the state bar about her. I found it very funny that only about a hour after speaking with the receptionist I received a text from Charlene saying "I TOLD you I would call you immediately when I received a response from the other attorney. You are not a paying me enough on an hourly basis to give you daily or even weekly updates. If I haven't contacted you, that means I have not yet received a response. However, it appears you are expecting a level of service to which I never agreed and for which you are not paying enough for. Please find a new attorney." Now let it be known that I never negotiated a price or gave her any complications about the amount she was asking for for her services, she set the amount, we made the agreement and she failed to follow through on her end, & never during the time of signing her contract did she say that I was only allotted a certain amount of her time and that my case was at the bottom of her list, she actually indicated to me that the whole thing should be wrapped up with in approximately 30 days. & The very few times I did speak to her over the phone she constantly stated that it was not her job to pursue getting into contact with this other lawyer that she was supposed to be negotiating a settlement deal with. She never pursued my case and she never had any intentions on doing so either. It has been several months and nothing has been accomplished. Then after she told me to find another attorney which I was completely okay with at this point since it was very clear that my case was not important to her, I simply asked her to please provide me the phone number of the other lawyer that my new lawyer needed to be in contact with and she refused to give me that simple piece of information. Bottom line she is a con artist she will say what ever it is that she thinks you want to hear to reel you in as her client. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If you Look her up under the State Bar website you will see there are other complaints about her as well.
