Outstanding attorney
I cannot say enough about this wonderful lawyer. My wife and I had some problems with an aggressive creditor who was way out of line. Mr Berlin took control of the situation and resolved it totally. I would not hesitate to engage him again for guidance in these difficult matters.

Barak Berlin gave me PEACE OF MIND
I found Mr. Berlin online because I live out of state but am being sued by a California debt collector. I was so anxious and worried because I was being sued for the first time in my life and I didn't know what to do. I was so afraid my bank accounts or my wages would be garnished. Mr. Berlin gave me PEACE OF MIND by answering all of my questions, explaining my legal rights to me and providing me resources to fight the debt collector. I am grateful for his counsel and would highly recommend him to anyone with a legal problem. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and on my side. He made a very abusive collection later to stop harassing me.he won our case and then you decided to go after the abusive lawyer.a lawyer that passionate his job.

Lawyer who cares
I was about to have my wages garnished for a debt that wasn't mine. Barak took my case when no one else would, even though he knew he wasn't going to make a profit from me. It was a David versus Goliath case, and Barak helped me prevail. I am very grateful that he is such a skilled lawyer, that was able to help me win my case. He has integrity, knowledge of the law and a good heart.
