Perhaps Don is no worse then any other lawyer, I can't say. Certainly if you have the money to shovel at him you won't be disappointed. I know he's done a good job for some. Unfortunately I did not and decided that employing Don was not in my best interest or that of my children. But when I informed ...him of my decision and asked for the return of the remainder of my retainer he told me that he had used the entire sum 'thinking deeply' about my case. When I asked for an itemized billing he insinuated that he'd sue me. I desperately needed the money that he patently did NOT earn and refused to return contrary to ABA rules. He's a shark, and what you better keep in mind is that a shark can chomp down on you as easily as your ex-spouse. I'm sorry I ever heard his name. Keep in mind too that Don will cheerfully consume your money charging his hourly rate while driving to and from court so if you do decide to hire this ethically impaired individual make sure your case is being heard somewhere close to his office.
