Robert Deller

If you have a protracted and contentious custody dispute, I highly recommend attorney Robert Deller. I don’t write reviews, typically and I went through many attorneys before I found one that could effectively litigate, size up the situation and minimize costs. Mr. Deller’s both professional and... well prepared. He effectively anticipates counter arguments as he advocates your case. So many attorneys that I worked with would talk “tough” in their office During consultations. However, in the court room their “toughness” would dissipate. This is not the case with Robert Deller.

I retained Mr Deller over a year ago for help with my custody battle against my abusive ex. Roughly 15 months and $8,000 dollars later, Nothing has happened! My children are with an abuser who is actively preventing us from seeing them, the "professional" evaluator he recommended is under investigati...on for engaging in dubious practices, and there is no end in sight. I rarely am able to speak with him, as he first pawned my case off on to a new associate, and since he has resumed handling my case, has cancelled multiple appointments. He claims to have no clue about any of my concerns, even when the details have been faxed in, yet he's "100% invested". Yeah, sure he is. So, in summation, don't waste your time or money, find a reputable attorney instead.

Mr Deller and his staff helped our son and us navigate the unknown world of Family Law and he did it with professional confidence , keeping all of us sane through the process. Custody and Visitation is always an emotional roller coaster and being a Grand Parent can make it all worse since you have l...ittle or no "Standing" with a court. Mr. Deller helped obtain an emergency order for custody modification that allowed our grand-daughter to be placed with our son in a safe and sane environment. The winner here was the child and we cannot thank Mr Deller enough. Of course I'm happy with the outcome but mostly, I'm happy with the way we were all treated by Mr. Deller and his staff. They were always patient, courteous and helpful in putting up with our constant worries and questions.
