I would recommend going by yourself before hiring this attorney, He does not communicate nor does he do what he tells you he is going to do. They do not return calls, and when you call they usually say they are with a new client. He has excuses for everyone except for his own lack of actions. He did ...not even file an appeal for permanent disability judgement that was based on a report over a year+ prior to getting surgeries approved , I had been out of the hospital for only 9 days from having Lumbar L4-L3 surgery and had cervical surgery on C6-C7 only 10 weeks prior to that. He did not help when the insurance company was denying medications and treatments, updating the claim or when there was a report that was not correct. He just blames Arnold Schwarzenegger for the corrupt system we currently have now . His staff is just as lackadaisical as he is. Please pray for this man, as his judgement day is going to be harsh.
