I want to Thank Kathleen and her staff for all there help. I wasn’t sure with my case at first as normally we don’t do this rarely. It was a weird accident because I was going to meet her on a total different subject ! Since this was my first run in with the law I was very nervous and scared about what impact it was going to have on my future. Had my case for 2 years never said a word in court, never argued in my favor, missed court often, never gave me advice, inaccessible too many things to say. My case still going on 2yrs 3 months later because of her ineptitude. Only occations she would try to reach me (through her secretary) was whe...n I fell behind on payments. $9000 later I was broke and I could no longer pay her the remaining $6000 ($15000 total) so she decided to stop "representing" me without even letting me or the court know.
