I want to Thank Kathleen and her staff for all there help. I wasn’t sure with my case at first as normally we don’t do this rarely. It was a weird accident because I was going to meet her on a total different subject ! I was on my way to see Kathleen and was involved in a car accident going to... see her so of course she was the perfect person to ask to help and she did !!! But Kathleen and Leslie as well as Naomi were absolutely wonderful. I appreciate their hard work and honesty. Kathleen is a very nice woman and caring as well. Had my case for 2 years never said a word in court, never argued in my favor, missed court often, never gave me advice, inaccessible too many things to say. My case still going on 2yrs 3 months later because of her ineptitude. Only occations she would try to reach me (through her secretary) was whe...n I fell behind on payments. $9000 later I was broke and I could no longer pay her the remaining $6000 ($15000 total) so she decided to stop "representing" me without even letting me or the court know. Other legal advisers tell me my case is so easy it should've been solved in 1 or 2 three hearings maximum.
