With over 25 years of legal experience, Attorney Edgar has focused exclusively on family law since founding the Law Offices of H. William Edgar, APLC, in 2004. As the firm’s principal trial attorney, he handles 25-30 trials annually, as well as appellate cases in the California Court of Appeals, including successfully reversing judgments in non-published opinions.

Replied last May 22, 2017I am confident that we would never refuse to "look at the case." or refuse to look at evidence. Some people have unreasonable expectations. We work with all of our client's to achieve realistic results. We also work with clients that have exhausted their retainer in order to complete the matter. The client did not disclose any information to us so we have no way to verify this matter. As always, I welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with the particular client in an effort to make things right.

Replied last May 25, 2016It is unfortunate that this client did not recognize the problems he had with his own testimony in the case. This case went to a contested trial and the judge ruled against him. I do wish this client and his family well. This certainly was not the case of "its my lawyer's fault."

Don't waste your time or money, poor service and attitude.
