OUTCOME: After trial, Mother's RFO was denied by the court

Father has had physical custody of his son for three years and mother has alternate weekends. Mother was seeking to change primary physical custody and move the child back to San Bernardino to Riversi ... de. Our office represented father. The child custody counselor's recommendation was against us but despite the unfavorable recommendation, we proceeded to take the case to trial. After hearing all of the evidence, mother's case was denied because most of the allegations she made in mediation (CCRC) were unsubstantiated.
