A graduate of Arlington High School and the University of California, Santa Barbara, with degrees in Political Science and History, Mr. Edgar continued his education at Southwestern University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and becoming an attorney in 1998. Since then, he has committed his career to serving the Riverside community with exceptional legal services.
With over 25 years of legal experience, Attorney Edgar has focused exclusively on family law since founding the Law Offices of H. William Edgar, APLC, in 2004. As the firm’s principal trial attorney, he handles 25-30 trials annually, as well as appellate cases in the California Court of Appeals, including successfully reversing judgments in non-published opinions.
