Biography
Eric Rice earned his bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of the Sociological Honors Society. While at Cal State Fullerton he concentrated on the sociological dimensions of family structures and on issues of crime and punishment, which sparked his interest in legal advocacy and led him to pursue a law degree at Chapman University Fowler School of Law in Orange, California. After completing law school, Eric focused his practice on family law, where he brings academic insight and practical skills to help clients navigate complex domestic matters. He is admitted to practice in California state courts and before the United States Central District Court of California, and he maintains active membership in the California State Bar Family Law Section and the Orange County Bar Association. Eric's background in sociology informs his approach to client service: he listens carefully, evaluates family dynamics and legal options, and develops measured strategies tailored to each client's goals.
