I have been a client of Ann-Marie for 8 years in a contentious divorce and co-parenting circumstance. At the beginning I interviewed several attorneys to aide in my divorce and best interest of my child. Other attorneys promised lofty results that seemed too good to be true along with a significant... upfront retainer. In conducting my own research, these promised results were just that - too good to be true and not realistic. I highly recommend Ann-Marie as her knowledge of Family Law and realistic expectation setting has produced results most parents do not achieve in a California (50/50 State). From the beginning, Ann-Marie set realistic expectations and guidance as to what was important to go to court for. Ann-Marie to this date takes on the role of a mediator between my ex and I to stay out of court. In my experience and experiences shared by acquaintences this is unheard of - an attorney refusing to take my money. It has been my experience that Ann-Marie's integrity outweighs money and greed. I would encourage anyone going through a difficult divorce and/or child custody situation to interview several lawyers along with Ann-Marie. For me, it was a very simple decision. I wanted an attorney to listen to me and be an advocate for both my child and myself. I found this with Ann-Marie.

Ann Marie Fritz is the most Honest Attorney I have ever had the distinct pleasure of knowing. She does NOT lie to her clients and she Fights "Till The End". She tries very hard to be peaceful and to "Save the Family" But if she needs to fight for your rights she does it. She really cares about her c...lients and supports them in and out of court. She is surely not in it for the money and keeps the fees as low as she can with being fair to her clients and herself. I can't say enough Wonderful things about this attorney. Family law cases (Divorce) can be a very hard, painful, private experience and she truly takes that into account when discussing your case with you. She is direct and compassionate at the same time. She works very hard for her fees and in my opinion earns every penny. She personally shows up at court! And her Paralegal is Awesome to work with. What an Incredible Team!
