Biography
I have practiced civil litigation in the San Bernardino/Riverside area for 24 years. For the first 14 years of my legal career I was an insurance defense attorney and for the last 10 years I have practiced mostly plaintiff work so I understand what both sides are looking for and how they handle litigation. My experience from the defense side is unique among plaintiff attorneys and affords me an insight that most other plaintiff attorneys do not have. I know how to negotiate with defense lawyers and how to get them what they need to make a settlement favorable to my client.
