Josefina Valdez- A one in a lifetime attorney! Being in a high conflict custody battle for years I have gone through several attorneys. For the most part they are all the same, don’t know your case, don’t take the time to know your case, unprepared and you’re basically easy money and another case on their desk. Your bill keeps racking up and At the end of the day you have found in a deep hole of debt and have no hope for anything further than what you could have possibly gained unrepresented. Miss Valdez is an absolute professional and very easy to work with. I talked to alot of attorneys and they all said in one way or another that it wasnt possible. But Miss Valdez made it happen and was confident all the way through. She handeled every aspect of the case. She kept me informed to advised me on what was in my best interest. She answered all of my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. My case has been complicated to say the lest. I'm military and was living overseas in desperate need for action/orders to protect and enforce my parental rights that would have otherwise been trampled on in my unique situation.
