Allison Renee Bracy

In my opinion Ms. Bracy is a life saver. I was faslely accused of an assault. Every lawyer I consulted seemed to automatically believe I was guilty. Everyone of them started talking about a plea deal. Which I refused, I was going to stand on my truth no matter the consequences. Ms. Bracy maticulusly ...went through every single detail of the case. I remember her pointing out a reflection on a picture of my car that proved that I was going the opposite direction that the prosecutor and accuser said I was going. Every piece of "evidence" the prosecutor tried to use, she was able to find some detail in our favor. When she laid out her closing argument I felt vindicated. I knew that no matter what, I had put up the best defense possible. She absolutely destroyed the prosecutions case. I remember after she closed, the prosecutor gave his final statement. I felt like the jury were rolling their eyes at the prosecutor. I was found not guilty. This review is a couple years late. I do not like to think about that trial. It was a super stressful time. I will forever be thankful to Ms. Bracy. If you want a lawyer who actually cares she is a great choice.

Our case was emotionally difficult for the family. My Father passed away in 2010 due to an exploratory surgery gone very wrong. During the 4 months my father was in the hospital, we received VERY conflicting information on a daily basis. We knew by the time of his death the family and my father did ...not get the truth of what happened in his surgery. Not only did the family want the truth, we wanted the doctor to be held accountable for his actions. Allison took the information we had given her and information of her research and experts to create a timeline during the trial. This greatly helped the jury place themselves in my father's and the family's position before and after the surgery. Early in the trial the anatomy and technical details regarding the case was clearly established by Allison. Not only did this help the jury and the family understand what was being described during the case. It made the defense address the specifics, making "lawyer talk" from the defense harder to accomplish. Allison was very good at questioning the witnesses and experts. She was excellent at establishing credibility and experience of those that took the stand. Allison was very helpful with information during the trial when we had questions. The jury finding the doctor negligent was bittersweet. Nothing can bring back my father, but at least the doctor was held responsible for his actions, hopefully preventing another family from losing a loved one. This would not have possible if not for Allison's ability as a lawyer. I highly recommend her.
