I found myself in a panic situation with 2 pending credit card debt lawsuits filed against me within a year and possible a 3rd on the way. Review update: I am happy to report on July 14th I got my bankruptcy discharge. There was a small delay with the 341 meeting because of covid19 closures. My 341 meeting was done through the zoom app on my phone instead, and it went very well. I couldn't believe how easy the questions were that the trustee asked. Since My first intial call Aaron has been nothing but professional and prompt it took just 24 hours to meet and sign documents and my cases was filed the following day.
