I found myself in a panic situation with 2 pending credit card debt lawsuits filed against me within a year and possible a 3rd on the way. I am barely making ends meet, and taking care of my parents full time, and I cannot afford to have my wages garnished or my checking account levied. I called the next morning still in a panic because I had just found out the day before that I was being sued by the second credit card company from mail I got from other attorney's trying to represent me. Aaron instantly took my call and made me feel really at ease, which was really awesome. I decided to wait because I had not yet been served with the second lawsuit yet, and I wanted to make that decision then. Two weeks later I was served with the second lawsuit, I called Aaron right away and he instantly answered. I told him I was ready to file bankruptcy, and he told me what I needed to do, and made an appointment with me the next tuesday. When I met with Aaron he made feel like I was talking to a really good friend. He was very friendly, smart, and courteous, and knows his stuff, which is really awesome. Review update: I am happy to report on July 14th I got my bankruptcy discharge. There was a small delay with the 341 meeting because of covid19 closures. My 341 meeting was done through the zoom app on my phone instead, and it went very well. I couldn't believe how easy the questions were that the trustee asked.
