Mr Tomberlin led my team of attorneys that represented me (POC) in a wrongful termination case against a national property rights holder. Our case never went to trial as a "favorable" settlement was reached. As well noted. "employment discrimination cases require an attorney who has the knowledge ...and ability to work within this particular area. It takes expertise and experience with employee rights and discrimination in the workplace to represent a client effectively..." Strategy is a central component of getting the best outcome possible. Jacks experience in the specifics of wrongful termination, discrimination & hostile workplace are well demonstrated by his success in this area.
